Your challenges:

  • Resolve general customer queries via email, live chat, phone and any other additional channel as may be required in German or in English
  • Keep up to date with compliance and regulatory requirements and ensuring adherence to compliance and responsible gaming procedures, while providing customer service that aligns with our obligations
  • Collaborate with other departments and our partners to support players regarding promotions and other initiatives
  • Help maintain manuals for the customer services team, as well as providing support with the training of new entrants
  • Keep our customer master data up to date to help us maintain a competitive edge

Your profile:

  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in customer support, preferably within the iGaming sector
  • Excellent German language skills and fluent English proficiency
  • Capability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Commitment to a "people-first" approach
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient with computer systems and software applications
  • A strong knowledge of and passion for sports, enhancing the ability to engage with sports-related customer inquiries and promotions effectively
  • Ability to work on a shift basis (5 days a week, 40 hours per week). Shifts can range from Monday to Sunday, morning to evening
