Description of practical experience :
Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements related to lending products and processes.
Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (e.g. Business Requirement Documents, User Stories, Use Cases).
Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between technical implementations and business goals.
Support functional testing activities and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and contribute to their resolution.
Assess the impact of regulatory changes (e.g. EBA guidelines, PSD2) on lending systems.
Education and background :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
+3 of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector with focus on lending.
Solid understanding of lending products and credit processes (retail or corporate).
Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g. BPMN, UML).
Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience in navigating complex IT architectures. Including Cloud environments, Microservices Platform and clear understanding of APIs design
Fluent English is required (written and spoken).
German is a plus
