1. Technical evaluation of systems and applications and design of a sustainably optimized architecture in line with business strategy and technology standards.
2. Identify process optimization potential and define implementation strategies.
3. Play a key role in the implementation of our IT and OT systems (MS D365, integration and development platforms, shop floor systems, etc.).
4. Ensure that IT/OT systems and solutions are globally scalable and expandable.
5. Conduct technical feasibility checks in the systems.
6. Work closely with internal and external project teams to ensure consistent implementation quality.
7. Act as a sparring partner for the internal IT service team.

Your Profile

• You have completed a university degree or comparable vocational training in Information Technology (HTL, BA).
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a global company.
• In-depth knowledge of software design, programming languages, and system architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, connection of shop floor systems, familiarity with common IT security practices.
• Methodical and conceptual approach to system and process analysis.
• Proficiency in common tools and standards for process modeling and visualization.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in German and English, and to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Solution-oriented approach and ability to dig deep into technical system details.
