Join Axpo Services AG as a Digital Procurement Project Manager and lead the implementation of a strategic roadmap for digital procurement initiatives. What you will do

• Lead digital procurement projects aligned with Axpo’s digitalization roadmap.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Business teams to define functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure seamless system integration with platforms like SAP, SAP Ariba, and Beeline.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project streams, focusing on deadlines, quality, and business value.
• Oversee testing, validate system configurations, and lead defect resolution for smooth go-lives.

What you bring & who you are

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Several years of experience leading procurement digitalization projects, ideally in an international setting.
• Expertise in managing IT implementation projects using methodologies like Agile or PRINCE2.
• Strong knowledge of procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba, Beeline) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
