In our product management team, we maintain the product family, addressing regulatory needs and KTLO, while preparing our Gen1 solutions for integration with evolving Gen2 solutions to ensure a smooth hybrid scenario that best supports clinicians' workflows. We utilize AI/ML to create a new experience for clinicians, transforming IT from a burden into an assistant, enabling them to focus more on patient care.
What you will do:
- Plan, coordinate, and establish collaboration projects with hospitals to test new software solutions or develop PoCs.
- Work closely with hospital partners to ensure smooth implementation and optimal software utilization.
- Capture customer requirements and feedback from collaboration projects to inform product development.
- Conduct training sessions for hospital users and serve as the primary contact for inquiries.
- Act as the interface between customers and the product organization, collaborating with internal teams to optimize projects based on test results.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings for Gen2 products to understand use cases.
- Identify relevance for the German market, derive requirements, and prioritize them within internal workflows to systemize the intake process for Gen2 needs.
- Drive information consolidation, decision-making, and versioning of the hybrid approach between Gen2 apps and other solutions.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Healthcare, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Plus, 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the role.
- At least 2 years of experience in product design, testing, healthcare IT consulting, or related HCIT solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of HCIT solution strategy or consulting experience.
- Fluency in German.
- Strong intercultural cooperation skills.
The minimum collective salary is gross. We offer an attractive, competitive compensation and benefits package.
