1 Stellvertretende_r Filialleiter_in / Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) - Wien

Our Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to provide leadership and direction, guiding the team to deliver excellent service and support the growth of Dr. Martens. You will focus on your own development and foster a positive working environment, prioritizing your team's well-being.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations, including coaching, sales analysis, visual merchandising, and administration.
• Take responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained.
• Achieve KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, and units per transaction, aligned with the store's P&L.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and product knowledge training through coaching.
• Manage stock procedures including inventory, deliveries, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, Regional Manager, and Head Office for business decisions.

Requirements

• Passion for our products.
• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, preferably in fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Confidence in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Sales-driven with goal achievement focus.
• Resilient with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
