As a member of the GJK Facility Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly group of professionals who take pride in their work.

We are seeking a highly organised, driven, and dynamic Contract Manager to join one of our high-profile contracts situated in the suburb of Nedlands, Western Australia. This is a full-time role based on-sight.

The Position:

  • Service delivery of the Contract/Portfolio as allocated
  • Cultivating a healthy partnership with all customer accounts
  • Implements and maintains a strong focus on customer satisfaction, pro-active communication and issue identification and resolution.
  • Responsible for delivering the set budgeted profitability for all contracts within assigned portfolio
  • Embed a strong, effective and efficient operational & service delivery model
  • Ensure compliance at all applicable levels with internal processes and procedures for business and customer support, financial control and business development
  • Develop customised reporting for all direct reports in order to maintain visibility of key portfolio metrics / targets and KPIs.
  • Accountable for monthly Portfolio / Region P&L performance, results & reporting on overspend, underperforming contracts.
  • Liaise with KAD’s & Direct Reports on budget deviations & operational overspend.
  • Support transitions on new contracts when required
  • Identify and explore opportunities for new work with existing customers across the portfolio
  • Industry relevant experience at senior executive level for a minimum 5 years.
  • Sound commercial acumen and business development.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial and accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with Industrial Relations issues.
  • Good working knowledge, experience and comprehension of safety related issues as well as relevant Awards and Agreements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing people and major projects or initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Budget, P&L experience.
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and a collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation.
