Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for various IT applications.
  • Advise and support the company in selecting and using IT applications.
  • Implement new IT applications worldwide.
  • Train employees and provide technical support for IT applications.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and maintain IT applications.
  • Develop and optimize existing IT applications.
  • Manage projects, such as creating GAP - FIT analyses for IT applications at airline catering locations in Austria, Korea, Spain, and the UK, developing solutions tailored to local needs.
  • Handle reporting and organizational tasks related to IT.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Structured, independent work approach with solution-oriented, analytical thinking and team spirit.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams.
  • Proficiency in English; basic knowledge of Korean is a plus.
