What You'll Do

1. Working with a wide range of products such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), backup and security solutions
2. Conduct one to one and one to many product demonstrations focusing on N-able strengths and capabilities
3. Assisting with POC setups to help get prospects started with the product
4. Offer design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying N-able products to Partner's networks
5. Technical problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution during deployment
6. Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills required
7. Some travel required once to twice a quarter

What You'll Bring

1. Solid background in IT knowledge and troubleshooting in areas such as endpoint management, patching, software deployment, security and networking
2. Industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) desirable though not essential
3. Strong presentation, communication and client management skills required
4. You have excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
5. Ability to demonstrate a passion and curiosity for software and technology
6. Fluent in German and English
