Be the first contact point and sparring partner in terms of automation for our plants in CEE
Support and lead in the initiation and design phase of automation projects. Analyze existing plant setups and processes to define improvement possibilities. Conduct feasibility studies and payback calculations. Involve all necessary stakeholders to guarantee the optimal outcome.
Lead project realization. Ensure proper project execution according to ALPLA project management standards together with the project team. Manage internal and external stakeholders during the project realization phase. Ensure technical compatibility and stable operation between different systems. Supervise the installations and ensure adherence to technical norm standards.
Train and coordinate training of key employees for proper operation and technical troubleshooting.
Define and deploy IT-related standards and interfaces in the area of machines, automation, and downstream equipment in cooperation with the Regional IT department and all relevant stakeholders.
Proactively and structurally share trends on automation possibilities at the regional level.
What makes you great
First experience in automation projects, ideally in manufacturing and intralogistics areas.
Advanced user knowledge of AutoCAD.
Solid knowledge about IT systems, networks, and interfaces.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Hands-on mentality with willingness to travel, around 50% of working time.
