Reservations Manager - Miiro Hotels Vienna

We are now looking for a talented and passionate Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function across our two upcoming hotels in Vienna.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the reservations team to deliver prompt, accurate, and guest-centric booking experiences
• Oversee daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring smooth coordination with front office, sales, and revenue teams
• Manage room inventory, availability, and rate loading across all systems and distribution channels
• Monitor and analyse reservations data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise conversion and maximise revenue
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with efficiency, empathy, and a personal touch
• Assist in the development of SOPs, systems, and processes during pre-opening and launch phases

What we’re looking for:

• A proactive and detail-oriented hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel reservations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills — both with guests and internal teams
• A tech-savvy mindset and experience with PMS/CRS systems
• A leader who thrives in a start-up-style environment, excited by building new standards and shaping a guest journey from the ground up
• Fluency in German is essential; English is a strong advantage
