In our engineering department within the "Carbon Capture Systems" business unit in Raaba, we are currently looking for a System Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the field of CO2 capture.

Your Tasks

  1. Engineering for assigned outsourced or proprietary technological units for our carbon capture plants.
  2. Ensure delivery of assigned technological units and their documentation is on time and on quality, and the delivery scope is complete.
  3. Provide interface information and equipment information of assigned technological units to the project engineering team.
  4. Prepare inquiry documents and evaluate vendor proposals.
  5. Lead technical procurement negotiations and support vendor selection.
  6. Manage technical contracts, documentation, and supplier interfaces.
  7. Plan and oversee inspections, testing, and quality control activities.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and authorities.
  9. Maintain equipment, interface, lubrication, and spare parts lists.
  10. Actively participate in design reviews and support project optimization.

Your Profile

  1. Completed technical education (HTL, university, or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering, or similar.
  2. Experience in project-based business, preferably in large industrial projects.
  3. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Familiarity with procurement processes and technical contract management.
  5. Willingness to travel for supplier visits and inspections.
  6. Knowledge of ISO/EN/American/International and local codes and standards beneficial.
  7. Fluency in English, German skills are an advantage.

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.728,36 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-based salary.
