Development Manager - Land Subdivision

About You

You’re a confident, commercially-minded Development Manager with a proven track record in end-to-end land development. You excel at leading projects, managing stakeholders, and identifying new site opportunities. You’re self-motivated, take ownership, and seek the next big step in your career.

You have:

• 10+ years’ experience in Development Management
• A background in property-related professions (e.g., engineering, planning, surveying)
• Bonus: experience with townhouses and/or medium-density projects
• Strong knowledge of DA, OPW, titles, and civil works
• Proficiency in EstateMaster (DM and PM) and monthly cost tracking
• Excellent communication and consultant management skills
• Tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and based on (or relocating to) the Gold Coast

The Role

You’ll oversee existing and future land subdivision projects from feasibility through to delivery. Your responsibilities include coordinating with external consultants, ensuring project targets are met, and working with the MD to explore new development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of land subdivision projects
• Managing consultants and contractors
• Controlling budgets and timelines
• Mitigating risks and reporting
• Analyzing site acquisitions and feasibility
• Traveling monthly for site visits (as required)
