Prepare labels, ensure correct labelling and product compliance for all RedBull products.
Prepare labels and recipe checks for new products and existing products and make sure they meet the relevant national legislations to ensure the goal of having only safe, compliant and correctly labelled products on the market. This includes clarifying scientific and legal questions, as well as handling different IT tools.
Areas that play to your strengths
Carrying out necessary label adjustments and creating new labels including recipe checks for RedBull products from a regulatory perspective. Managing the necessary steps in the applicable IT tools to process the labels through the appropriate procedures. Collaborating with colleagues from the Legal Department to ensure compliance with national legislation. Working closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure a coordinated approach.
Clarify legal and scientific questions together with colleagues from the Legal and Science Department.
Maintaining work material (inputting the most recent information) and electronic filing.
Preparation and participation in relevant meetings, and subsequent debriefing with the team if necessary.
1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm, in an international company or any other organisation in a similar field.
Ideally, a university degree in nutritional science or law.
Diplomatic with excellent communication skills in English and German is a plus.
Highly accurate way of working.
Trustworthy, team player, pro-active, well organized, flexible.
IT affinity with excellent skills in MS-Office (Power Point, Excel).
