Job Description:

An international group focused on hydro projects with an international environment.

Reporting to the Group Insurance Director, the candidate shall possess the following key technical skills:

• Liability Insurance Line Management: Manage global master general and professional liability policies, coordinate local and project policies, collaborate with brokers, insurers, and teams, understand policy language, and manage complex third-party liability claims.
• Cyber Insurance Line Management: Renew and place global cyber insurance policies, collaborate with IT and brokers, oversee underwriting, and lead cyber incident response team.
• Risk Management: Analyze loss data, identify exposures, recommend solutions, and monitor insurance procedures.
• Contract Review: Review and negotiate customer insurance requirements in EPC contracts.
• M&A: Solicit quotes for reps and warranties insurance, analyze offers, and facilitate processes.

Qualification Requirements:

• Preferably legal education (common law preferred).
• At least 10 years experience in insurance companies, international insurance departments, or law firms.
• Deep understanding of third-party liability insurance and insurance markets.
• Ability to work globally, including international travel.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• Independent, precise, problem-solving skills, team spirit, and commitment.

Position Details: Fully remote with potential business trips in EU and US.

Salary: €60,000 - €85,000 + MBO up to 15% + benefits.

No management responsibilities.
