We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead an established aged care residence located in North Brisbane. This is a rare opportunity to step into a well-supported leadership role with a leading not-for-profit provider, offering a generous salary of $150,000-$160,000 + salary packaging (DOE).
$150,000-$160,000 + salary packaging (up to $15,900 tax-free annually)

As the Residential Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with aged care standards, and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and compassion.
Oversee clinical care, staffing, operations, and financial performance
Drive accreditation and quality outcomes across the residence
Mentor and support your multidisciplinary team
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Proven experience as a Residential Manager or Facility Manager in aged care (Minimum 4 years experience)
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and team development skills
Passion for person-centred care and continuous improvement
