The Sales & Service Manager will demonstrate customer obsession and passion for retail by creating an in-store experience Like No Other. The role involves delivering a customer-centric environment to maximize sales and service results.
The successful candidate will be a dedicated people leader, expected to lead by example and coach the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions. They will establish and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and engage people across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example by personally delivering on our service principles, engaging with customers, driving sales, and building a loyal customer base.
- Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
- Be visibly present on the selling floor, leading by example and inspiring the team to create warm connections.
- Work collaboratively with store teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement while being commercially aware.
- Collaborate with VM and Logistics teams to ensure stock is floor-ready within relevant timeframes.
- Provide feedback opportunities to the Merchandise team.
- Maintain stock loss awareness by working closely with sell and support teams to mitigate loss through proactive measures.
- Demonstrate strong coaching skills, leading teams and empowering others to achieve results.
- Show passion for retail and a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Adopt a solutions-focused mindset, offering innovation and effective customer solutions.
- Motivate and lead teams to create an in-store experience Like No Other.
- Possess relevant merchandising and selling skills, with key product awareness.
- Exhibit strong communication skills—written, listening, and spoken.
- Be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
