Overview

Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare and diagnostic software in Europe, is seeking a Key Account Manager:in (m/w/d) for our sales team in Vienna, focusing on PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System / Radiology Information Systems). Join us in making healthcare safer, better, and more reliable through innovative digital transformation.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets within your assigned territory
2. Develop new customer relationships and acquire new clients in radiology and hospital radiology sectors
3. Maintain and strengthen existing customer networks
4. Handle tenders independently
5. Prepare and calculate offers autonomously
6. Negotiate contracts and manage contract design
7. Upsell and provide post-sales support to existing clients
8. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and customer events
9. Report internally on sales activities and progress

Requirements

• Several years of sales experience in a hospital environment, preferably with hospital information systems (IT)
• Medical and/or technical education background
• Excellent network within hospitals and healthcare sector
• Strong IT affinity and familiarity with modern IT systems
• Experience with public tenders, proposal submissions, and contract negotiations
• Negotiation skills and closing ability
• Professional, sales-oriented, independent, and responsible approach
• Confident and composed demeanor
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Valid B driver's license

The minimum salary for this position according to the IT collective agreement (entry level) is €3,950 gross per month, with overpayment and bonuses depending on qualifications and experience.
