We are actively recruiting a motivated Sous Chef for our partner hotel, a luxurious mountain resort in Austria.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree in Culinary Arts
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position, in a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
3. Fluent in English
4. Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes
5. Able to substitute the Executive Chef when required
6. Knowledge and ability to track expenses and manage budgets
7. Sense of responsibility and pride in your performance and its impact on the hotel’s success
8. Passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
9. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
10. Able to co-lead an international team
11. International team player spirit and willingness to work abroad
12. EU citizen
