Position Summary

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Have strong stakeholder management with our current operators’ merchants, partners, and customers ensuring high-quality service.
  • Excellent knowledge of the markets and customers in Northern Europe.
  • Ensuring a strong link between our internal teams and current merchants/partners and customers, as well as new business.
  • Actively engage and onboard new merchants.
  • Actively promote our products and services relevant to the gaming industry.
  • Support product teams in identifying functionality gaps and new product requirements for the gaming vertical.
  • Grow, monitor, and update your pipeline within the CRM system and ensure you stay on top of your queues.
  • Oversee the submission of complete applications for new merchants.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams and Partners/Merchants.
  • Participate in projects relevant to the Sales team and overall sales targets.
  • Attend gaming-related trade shows and webinars to promote Light & Wonder.

Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German (additional regional languages, especially French, are assets).
  • Experience in iGaming and land-based gaming.
  • Strong sales and negotiating skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven success in delivering product presentations leading to positive outcomes.
  • Experience in meeting sales targets is advantageous.
  • Responsibility, ownership, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with strong CRM skills to drive performance and KPIs.

Work Conditions:

This role involves travel across Europe and the US for meetings, which may include evening and weekend work. The physical and environmental demands are typical for such roles. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
