Financial Reporting Manager (m/f/x)

Your daily tasks will include

️preparing and supervising monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and UGB

️ participating as a project member in the Workday ERP implementation project for accounting

️ disciplinary and professional leadership for the Austrian accounting team and actively ensuring the development of employees

️ serving as a contact person for external institutions, such as auditors or fiscal authorities

️ engaging with departments across the organization, including FP&A and People & Culture, to maintain strategic alignment

The following will make you succeed in this role

️ minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable accounting position

️ knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards (UGB), supported by practical work experience

️ experience with Workday (preferred) or other ERP systems in accounting

️ excellent German and English skills

️ strong understanding of financial processes and ability to work beyond traditional accounting functions to drive strategic financial initiatives

️ collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams and take over responsibilities

The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is €62.790 gross/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
