As a dynamic and agile team, we focus on IT in-house support for our customer, one of Austria's leading beverage manufacturers based in Fuschl am See. Our services and integration into their organization have been valued for nearly 20 years.

What to expect

1. International environment with innovative technical solutions and a modern workspace with campus flair
2. Handling IT support inquiries via ticket system or telephone
3. Analyzing inquiries and providing initial solutions to users
4. User support and instruction in IT systems
5. Ordering hardware and on-site infrastructure support
6. Managing user accounts and access rights centrally
7. Installing and configuring hardware and software, including licensing

What you provide

1. Completed apprenticeship in IT or professional experience in the IT field
2. Experience with Microsoft (Windows & MS Office) and Apple (macOS & iOS) environments
3. Communicative personality with strong service and customer orientation
4. Independent, careful, and responsible working style
5. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
6. Additional common languages are a plus
