Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive and integrative SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Advise clients and lead demanding, innovative projects
• Develop solutions following best practice methods, considering client application landscapes
• Create holistic architectures aligned with business processes in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
• Participate in management team and contribute proactively to portfolio development
• Lead a team professionally, overseeing workload and skill development
• Recruit and motivate new team members, supporting the hiring process
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, supporting presales and marketing activities

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• Fluent German (C1 level) and good English skills
• Knowledge of SAP product portfolio, SAP Best Practice solutions, and Activate methodology
• Technical experience with SAP frameworks and architectures, SAP certifications
• Experience with hybrid/distributed architectures, especially in optimizing application landscapes
• Extensive consulting experience, preferably in automotive, suppliers, high-tech, manufacturing, pharma, or food industries
• Willingness to travel and strong stakeholder communication skills
