Great – then take the chance and become part of our test development team in Villach which is taking care of Infineon’s power semiconductor solutions.

In your new job you will:

1. Define test concepts and manage test specification discussion for Power semiconductor device
2. Be responsible for test package development (test hardware and software)
3. Closely cooperate with different development teams and production locations
4. Optimize test methods to improve quality and reduce test costs
5. Implement test solutions in our production locations spanning all around the world

Furthermore, you possess the ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent manner, to solve problems and to prioritize tasks accordingly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related discipline
2. 9+ years experience in the area of semiconductor testing
3. Experience in power device testing with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
4. Knowledge in all electrical characteristics of Power MOSFETs
5. Detailed knowledge of electrical circuit and hardware programming
6. Fluent English communication skills and ideally first German language skills
7. Ability to work in a structured, efficient and independent (prioritize tasks) manner
8. Analytical and problem solving skills
