40 or 45 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

• Active service work and customer contact
• Preparation and execution of smooth service processes
• Cash register responsibility and administrative responsibility for cash systems/bar systems and sales within assigned area
• Billing and receipt of food and beverages
• Preparation and cleaning of glasses, plates, cutlery, and mise en place or cleaning tasks in the restaurant
• Inventory control

Requirements profile

• Completed vocational training and/or relevant service experience
• Absolute guest and service orientation
• Enjoyment of working with international clientele
• Wine knowledge is an advantage
• Work experience: advantageous
• Work permit: Must be available (or EU citizen)

Languages:

• German: good knowledge (negotiable)
• English: basic knowledge

• Salary: Minimum collective agreement salary applies. Willingness to pay above this depending on qualifications.
