As a tax advisor in the International Tax division, you will work on exciting, challenging projects and advise our clients on complex international tax issues.

Responsibilities

1. Global Tax Challenges: Handle diverse challenges such as permanent establishments, withholding taxes, expatriations, or international restructuring. Develop innovative solutions for cross-border tax issues, working closely with international colleagues and continuously building your expertise in a global environment.
2. Growing Your Skills: Act as a tax consultant for internationally active companies. Prepare tax returns, accompany tax audits, and develop opinions and reports on specialized tax topics.
3. Global Collaboration: Support our clients with cross-border tax projects and collaborate with our network partner WTS Global. Share knowledge through our ICON Tax Academy via webinars or in-person events.
4. Build Your Reputation: Impress clients with your expertise. If you enjoy publishing, contribute to our ICON newsletter or leading professional publications.

Profile

1. Completed tax advisor examination and a degree in business administration or law.
2. Solid knowledge of international tax law is advantageous.
3. High client and service orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a respectful communication style.
4. Fluent in English for daily communication with clients.

What We Offer

1. A minimum gross annual salary of EUR 72,000 plus variable components, depending on experience and qualifications.
