Key Accountabilities:

• Support the Store Manager/Store Director with policies and procedures to streamline and safeguard the store. Act as Store Manager when appropriate to ensure efficient store operations both front and back of house.
• Manage sales floor efficiency through operational support roles such as Cashiers, Wrappers, and Runners to support sales and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure the store has adequate operational support and staff schedules are optimized for customer traffic and operational needs.
• Manage the Stockroom, including deliveries, dispatches, and inventory policies.

Drive for Results

• Assist the Store Director/Manager in overseeing Asset and Profit Protection, influencing service delivery, and minimizing loss.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and processes.
• Maintain the store building and internal areas to high standards, including store housekeeping.
• Drive digital strategy, engage employees with digital initiatives, and leverage new technology.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store operational support staff. Lead the store Operations team fostering a coaching environment.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience of at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of stock management and control systems.
