Service Desk Consultant (Automotive DMS) Mid - Senior Level ICT Customer Support

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team on a full-time basis. Full training on our Dealer Management System and associated products is provided. Salary will be based on skills and experience.

Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the Service Desk Team, ensuring end-to-end service excellence and covering the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handling support enquiries across multiple channels, servicing end users across Australia who operate our Dealer Management Solution within the franchised automotive environment.
  2. Utilising and maintaining the knowledge base and participating in ongoing training.
  3. Communicating effectively with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery.
  4. Capturing all user interactions within our online ticketing system.
  5. Identifying and providing feedback on internal and external improvement opportunities.
  6. Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively to meet customer needs.
  7. Contributing proactively to the team, enhancing customer experience and supporting team success.

Must Have

  • Legal right to work full-time in Australia.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally if required.
  • Exposure to automotive dealerships, including an understanding of Parts, Service, Vehicle, and Administration Departments and their interrelations.
