The Role

We’re seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our Vienna-based team. You’ll work with a variety of clients to reimagine and streamline financial and controlling operations using SAP S/4HANA and ECC platforms. You’ll play a key role in the full project lifecycle—from analysis to post-go-live support.

• Translate client requirements into scalable SAP FICO configurations
• Configure and enhance SAP modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PC
• Lead workshops, define solution architecture, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Contribute to S/4HANA migrations (greenfield or brownfield)
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, PP, BI)
• Train end users and develop detailed documentation
• Provide ongoing support and improvements post-implementation

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO
• Strong knowledge of FICO processes and integration with other modules
• S/4HANA project experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of financial operations and controlling workflows
• Problem-solving mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in German and English
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for SAP innovation

The compensation package starts at €55,000 gross per annum! There's definitely potential for even higher overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications.
