The role

1. Strategic leadership: Develop and implement a future-oriented strategy for the Data & Applications division that harmonizes with the company's overall goals.
2. Team management: Lead a team of technical experts, set clear goals and promote the professional development of your team members.
3. Collaboration: Maintain close relationships with the Delivery and Marketplace Presales team to ensure access to the latest technologies and resources and develop end to end solutions.
4. Solution Development: Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions that address customer needs and challenges.
5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of technology trends and market developments in the Data & Applications environment to proactively respond to changes.
6. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with other departments to ensure that the division's solutions exceed customer needs and expectations.
7. Sales Enablement: Specialist enablement of the sales teams for the Data & Applications portfolio to best qualify the customer's needs and demonstrate our added value to the customer.
8. Sales and Delivery Excellence & Efficiency: Your solutions balance investment and profit in the creation of the solutions, the customer is happy to buy from you because he trusts you and believes he is getting the best solution technically, service-wise and commercially.

What we need to see from you

1. Expertise: In-depth understanding and practical experience in Data & Applications.
2. Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading and developing teams, ideally in a technology oriented environment.
3. Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.
4. Language skills: Very good German and solid English required to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
5. Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both in dealing with technical teams and in interacting with non-technical stakeholders.
6. Innovative spirit: Passion for technology and innovation to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
