Teamleiter Shift Management

Your role and responsibilities

1. Leading and managing employees during the shift
2. Coordinating and ensuring timely production
3. Planning and organizing shift schedules
4. Creating reports and documentation

Qualifications for the role

1. Completed education in a relevant field
2. Strong sense of responsibility and team orientation
3. Precise working style and high quality awareness
4. Strong communication skills
5. Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
