Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for monitoring the assigned studies and study-related documentation, including supporting the study sites from pre-monitoring to the close-out visit
  • Ensuring data integrity by carefully maintaining the study site records and complying with relevant regulations (MDR) and guidelines (ISO 14155, ICH-GCP, DoH)
  • Preparation and participation in investigator meetings, organizing the timely dispatch and proper storage of clinical materials, and following up on safety issues related to medical devices
  • Creation of SOPs, forms, and other relevant study or process documents
  • Building strong relationships with study site staff to ensure that key clinical objectives are met


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) or an equivalent international degree in a clinical, scientific, or health-related field from an accredited institution
  • Basic understanding of SOPs, WIs, international and local regulations, including GDPR, that apply to clinical research is required
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Flexible and team-oriented personality with an independent working style and willingness to travel (up to 25%)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Further Information

Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.

Earliest Entry Date: This position is to be filled immediately.
