Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, we are seeking a proactive Customer Success Lead to join our Product team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping new customers successfully onboard and adopt our products (Forms, Property Edge and others), while also providing ongoing, day-to-day support to existing customers.

Working closely with members of the Product team, you will triage support issues, assist users during onboarding, and continue to support them in a business-as-usual (BAU) capacity. You will also collect feedback and share insights with the Product team to help improve our offerings and overall customer experience.

This role is to be based in Adelaide, offers flexible working arrangements and may require interstate travel from time to time.

Key Capabilities

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience in a customer support, helpdesk, or customer success role, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Ability to prioritise your time effectively and manage multiple support requests.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and supporting SaaS software.

Shows empathy, patience, and understanding when supporting customers.

Comfortable working autonomously while also collaborating closely with the broader team.

Experience with support or project management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar is a plus.
