As part of the team, you’ll support consulting projects from analysis through to strategic development – with plenty of autonomy and ownership. Your work will help shape the future of mobility and lifestyle products for international clients like KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, CFMOTO, and more.

In this role you will…

• Collect, structure, and visualise fact-based insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Identify trends and business opportunities and provide clients with a basis for strategic decisions rooted in market, target group, and brand understanding.
• Develop and pitch strategies to C-level executives, R&D, and design stakeholders.
• Define top-level product goals and specifications based on brand and customer needs.
• Plan and moderate internal and external brand / product strategy workshops.
• Conduct international field research to better understand users, markets, and competition

We are looking for…

• At least two years’ experience in product management / brand management / strategy consulting / related discipline. Preferably in the automotive, powersports, or motorcycle industry.
• Education in business management / marketing / strategy / brand management / product management.
• A structured thinker with excellent presentation and analysis skills. Fluent in PowerPoint, Excel etc. and with a thirst for info trends, data and insights.
• Experience with market research, data distillation, and translating findings into actionable opportunities.
• A deep (deep!) understanding of the powered two-wheel industry. Keen interest in how brands and products are developed and designed.
• A1 motorcycle license is a must. Open motorcycle license (A) is a plus.
• Fluency in English. German is a bonus.
