We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Product Cost-Out (PCO) Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of INNIO Jenbacher’s product cost-out initiatives. This role is embedded in the Product Management & Marketing function and will report to the PLM Operations Leader.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for driving and managing the operational aspects of Jenbacher’s PCO programs and projects, as part of INNIO’s High 5 initiative. You will ensure the successful execution of activities that deliver measurable cost savings across our product platforms – in close collaboration with Product Line Management and cross-functional teams from Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, and other functions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the execution of product cost-out (PCO) projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery of targeted results
• Own relevant reviews such as Screening, Board and SteerCo Meetings
• Conduct relevant analyses to identify cost-out opportunities, key drivers and potential risks
• Work closely with Product Line Managers to align project activities with product strategy and customer needs
• Prepare regular updates and performance reports for internal stakeholders
• Support initiative teams in providing timely and correct updates on savings achieved and other key project metrics
• Improve relevant processes and (IT) tools to digitize the Product Cost-Out Project
• Participate and facilitate interdisciplinary workshops on cost savings
• Build, maintain and nurture close collaboration with Finance, Sourcing, Operations and Engineering
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business Management related discipline or relevant industrial experience
• Experience in a financial planning, controllership or project management role, preferably in Engine/Power Generation Industry
• Technical background beneficial
• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher products and business structure / processes
• Experience in project management, ideally in cost-out or product-related functions
• A results-driven and self-reliant working style; problem solving and analytical skills
• High IT affinity; profound knowledge of MS Excel (specifically advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts) including experience building complex reports and models; experience in Oracle ERP, Tableau, Windchill
• A communicative personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization
  
  

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
