Job Description
What your workday looks like …
- You’re a true brand ambassador of 25hours Hotels – building strong relationships with clients and nurturing them with care.
- You oversee the Corporate & MICE segments and are always on the lookout for exciting new deals.
- You develop creative sales strategies and actively grow business volume – you know the market and can spot opportunities early.
- You manage your day independently and stick to agreements, even with a packed calendar and buzzing inbox.
- You organize site inspections, fam trips, client events, and regular call campaigns – personal follow-ups matter to you.
- You stay cool when all clients call at once and the phone lines are buzzing.
- You work closely with our Head of Sales, the international sales team, our Events & Groups department, and the Brand & Marketing Manager – and you’re happy to step in for them when needed.
Qualifications
Your personality matters more than your CV …
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in sales or event sales – ideally in hospitality – and know the Vienna hotel market.
- You’ve got a hands-on mentality, love being out and about in the neighbourhood, and are proactive, communicative, and guest-oriented.
- You're ready to travel and excited to represent 25hours at trade fairs and events.
- You speak and write both German and English fluently.
- You’ve ideally worked with CRM systems before – experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
