Responsibilities

1. Define pricing strategies and conduct market analysis to optimize profitability for automotive chips and discrete components in the e-mobility sector.
2. Lead global product commercialization efforts and collaborate with sales teams to ensure successful product launches and design wins.
3. Contribute to product forecasts, monitor financial performance, and create business reports to support strategic planning.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders to align product and pricing strategies, ensuring process adherence to company standards.
5. Provide guidance and resolve complex issues, supporting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in product marketing and management or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor product management, market analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Proven project leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive and e-mobility markets is advantageous.
• Familiarity with automotive chips and discrete components.
• Proficiency in business analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Information

We offer competitive salaries and benefits based on experience and qualifications. Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in electrical and electronics industries (employment group H-I). The monthly salary is paid 14 times annually, with potential for higher compensation based on your expertise.
