About the role

Rhima Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This full-time role is responsible for driving new business opportunities and sales growth across Queensland and the Northern Territory. As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Rhima's presence and market share in these key regions.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and securing new sales leads and business opportunities within the QLD and NT markets

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to devise and implement effective sales strategies

Providing regular sales forecasting and reporting to the leadership team

Contributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of the business

What we're looking for

5+ years' experience in a new business development or sales role, ideally within the B2B/industrial sectors

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

Familiarity with the Queensland and Northern Territory markets and industries

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sales) is preferred

We have been on the Australian market since 1990 and our national HQ is in Braeside, Victoria. We have a fully equipped workshop; fleet of GPS controlled service vehicles and 24 hour available after hours service.
