Responsibilities:

• Advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws and employment law regulations in Austria.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant legal changes and legislation.
• Manage legal risks associated with employee leasing activities.
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to trade and employment law in Austria.

Essential Qualifications:

• Degree in law, business, international relations or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and/or employment law.
• Strong understanding of Austrian trade and employment law.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Desirable to come from an employee leasing background.
• Holds the certificate to be a trade law manager for employee leasing in Austria (Befähigungsnachweis für Arbeitskräfteüberlassung).
