Job Description: FP&A Analyst (Based in Vienna, Austria) (F/M/D)

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact financial insights and analytics, driving automation, and enabling strategic decision-making across the Enery group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, implement new tools, and help shape the future of finance in a rapidly scaling renewable energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and coordination of monthly management and investor reports, including in-depth analysis and actionable insights.
  • Coordinating and supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate closely with country leads and support functions to translate operational inputs into meaningful financial outcomes.
  • Further enhance dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) that improve transparency, speed, and quality of decision-making.
  • Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives in finance – from streamlining reports to exploring AI-driven forecasting and analysis.
  • Build and maintain financial models that provide insights beyond variance analysis.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and KPI analysis to support performance management.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or a similar analytical finance role.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a working command of Power BI.
  • Affinity for IT systems and technology; enthusiastic about learning and implementing digital finance tools.
  • Experience with ERP system (Netsuite, SAP, etc).
  • Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented and organized approach, proactive mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and works well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other CEE languages are a plus.

Statutory notice: The minimum gross salary for the advertised position is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting with readiness for KV overpayment. The overpayment is based on professional experience and qualifications.
