Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing our existing customer base and acquiring new clients.
  • Developing, planning, and executing sales promotion strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
  • Revenue-driven marketing of the Sacher Hotels at trade fairs, networking events, and sales trips both domestically and abroad.
  • Organizing and conducting property tours, client events, and familiarization trips (fam trips).
  • Monitoring market trends and researching current topics in the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Creating presentations, reports, and statistics.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training or degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales within the 5-star hospitality sector, with an established network, ideally also in the U.S. market.
  • Motivation and passion for hotel sales and proactive networking.
  • Positive demeanor, organizational talent, and strong team spirit.
  • Structured, independent, and responsible work approach.
  • Service-oriented and solution-driven communication skills, along with negotiation expertise.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Proficiency in English (negotiation level); German and other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Strong Office 365 skills; knowledge of Opera is desirable.
