Your tasks:

• Elicitation and coordination of requirements and processes together with customers.
• Taking over the conception, planning and implementation of customized software solutions in the area of digital contract management.
• Configuring the standard product to generate optimal benefits for customers.
• Compiling feedback from customer workshops and deriving potential improvements for the product and training documents.

Your profile:

• Completed IT training (HTL, FH or university) ideally with professional experience and knowledge in software development or IT consulting.
• Understanding of processes and know-how in process optimization and modeling.
• Enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics and are willing to develop further together with the company.
• Independent working style, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for digitalization topics and enjoy ongoing customer contact.
