Our client is an international and leading company in the metal industry. We are looking for new employees to strengthen the team.

Your tasks

• You are the central point of contact for employees and managers for questions relating to labor law, social security law and payroll tax law.
• Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for employees.
• Coordinating and processing business transactions from the time employees join the company until they leave.
• Supervision of the time recording system and ongoing personnel administration.
• Regular preparation of periodic evaluations and reports.
• You will be actively involved in HR projects with a focus on payroll issues.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK/HLW, studies).
• Ideally relevant professional experience.
• Successfully completed payroll accounting exam (WIFI or similar).
• Sound knowledge of labor, tax and social security law.
• Independent, structured and precise way of working.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
