Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Conduct technical & product trainings in an innovative and interactive way for our customers and employees worldwide
  • Develop training materials that are adapted to the respective target groups and collaborate with other teams & functions to create digital training content
  • Support and enable the execution of global academy projects for our global customers
  • Work closely with Frauscher locations and trainers worldwide from our location in Austria
  • Maintain training records, data and conduct evaluation of feedbacks, and digitalization of training data & content for the region

You are just right for this role if

  • you have technical education (as this is an entry level role in the function, we are open to consider fresh graduates)
  • you are passionate about trainings and continuous learning
  • you are enthusiastic about different learning technologies in the market
  • you are a team player and enjoy working in a collaborative manner in a global environment and with multi location teams
  • you possess good presentation skills
  • you are characterized by your proficiency and good expression in German and English
