We’re looking for a Commercial Sales / Marketing Manager – Snowboard –a master of momentum who knows how to turn powder into profit and passion into performance. From alpine peaks to urban parks, you will drive our snowboard category to new heights across Europe.   • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to keep the brand ahead in the European snowboard market.
  • Planning and executing digital, PR, and retail marketing initiatives in collaboration with local sales representatives.
  • Managing the European snowboard marketing budget, focusing on high-impact, strategic regions.
  • Building and leading a team of European snowboard athletes and brand ambassadors.
  • Organizing and executing impactful B2B and B2C events, including demos, to strengthen brand engagement and drive awareness.
  • Managing content creation and local social media to maintain a strong, consistent brand voice.
  • Delivering engaging product and marketing presentations to key strategic accounts in priority markets.
  • Acting as the face of the snowboard brand at trade shows, demos, clinics, and other sell-in events.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand and launch strategies.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the snowboard or action sports industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the European snowboard market, consumer behavior, and emerging trends, with the ability to strategically position the brand and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Strong expertise in brand storytelling, campaign development, and digital marketing – particularly across platforms that engage and inspire the snowboarding community.
  • Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with a track record of securing favorable outcomes across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail environments is a strong advantage.
  • German language skills are a plus.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for employees in the wood industry. An appropriate overpayment is offered, depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as development opportunities within a globally operating corporate group.
