Tax and Finance Expert (f/m/d)

Raiffeisen Digital Bank AG offers mobile only Retail banking business, starting with personal loan products, broadening to include daily banking products in Poland. We are simultaneously a compact start-up, and part of a large & reputable banking group.

You are the tax expert in our Vienna Finance team:

Tax and Finance Expert (f/m/d)

(full-time, 38,5h/week)

Your responsibilities

• Prepare VAT and CIT returns, along with other taxes and levies related reports
• Analyze and implement updates to national and international tax laws
• Assess new products from a tax perspective to support and facilitate business growth
• Act as the primary contact for RBI group tax and external tax advisors
• Lead and manage tax audits effectively
• Conduct internal training sessions (e.g., DAC 6) for the management board
• Assist with month-end closing tasks, including asset accounting
• Monitor and document internal controls and processes
• Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize Accounting, Controlling, and Tax processes
• Educational or professional background in Accounting (IFRS and UGB) and Tax
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong command of English; German language skills are a plus
• Experience with SAP is beneficial
• Detail-oriented with a strong affinity for numbers and accuracy

Our offer
