ERP Expert – SAP, Oracle or D365 (m/f/d)

Job Type: Full-Time, 38.5 hours, Permanent

Responsibilities:

1. Bring ERP expertise and best practices into the organization, fostering knowledge transfer and driving continuous improvement.
2. Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders' functional requirements related to the ERP system.
3. Evaluate and contribute to the selection of ERP-focused technology solutions and IT partners.
4. Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and reduce gaps with standard ERP solutions.
5. Act as the key liaison between business departments, ensuring transparency, alignment, and coordination of comprehensive user testing before deployment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or D365.
• Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and innovation.
• Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience guiding organizations through technological and process changes.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a central location in Innsbruck, Austria.

Salary:

Annual gross salary from €53,650.51, depending on qualifications and experience.
