Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Supporting our Australian customers, the Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will take on this client-facing role with lead responsibility for the functional area, supporting our existing clients, and implementing new client solutions.
As a Senior Consultant, you will lead functional analysis and design workshops, identify and recognize issues/risks, and advise clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on best practices and the customer’s business processes.
What You'll Do
- Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects for multiple customers end-to-end.
- Lead the functional analysis and design workshops for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on industry best practices.
- Create blueprint documentation and conduct workshop sessions with users to develop to-be process flows.
- Configure and customize the system based on the business process.
- Support customers with data cleansing and migration from legacy systems and third-party systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Conduct UAT testing to assess functionality and usability before Go-Live.
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV as a Lead Functional Consultant.
- Proven ability to deliver successful project outcomes, including Analysis and Design, Key User Training, System Build, User Acceptance Testing, and Data Conversion.
- Experience in areas such as Financials, Trade and Logistics (sales, purchase, inventory), Warehouse Management (including Advanced Warehouse Management and Manufacturing).
- Desirable experience in Projects and Service Management modules.
- Excellent self-management skills and a proactive approach.
- Beneficial experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or Jet Reports.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification is required or must be obtained before the end of the probationary period.
