Are you an experienced leader passionate about fast-paced distribution, team development, and operational excellence? We’re seeking a dynamic Inbound Manager to oversee our Inbound department, driving efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across key supply chain functions.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and performance of Receives, Put-away, Space Planning, Pullbacks, and Returns. You’ll lead a team of associates, team leads, and administrative staff, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Merchandise, Vendors, and Logistics to ensure timely and accurate product flow.

This role requires a hands-on leadership approach, balancing strategic thinking with daily operational oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee all Inbound operations ensuring timely and accurate receiving, put-away, returns, and space planning processes.
2. Supervise a team of 30+ members, including Team Leads and Associates.
3. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
4. Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency.
5. Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
6. Collaborate with Merchandise, Vendors, and Logistics teams to improve compliance, quality, and scheduling.
7. Support international and domestic demand planning and delivery coordination.
8. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to staff.
9. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
10. Manage payroll accuracy related to timesheets and oversee reporting on inbound activities.
11. Champion communication and teamwork across departments.
12. Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management; e-commerce experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on management style.
Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes.
Experience leading teams, setting goals, and driving results.
Familiarity with vendor relations, compliance, and logistics is advantageous.
