Floor Manager (m/f/x)

As a floor manager, you are the first point of contact for our customers in the shop and are responsible for your own floor. Your goal is to advise customers about current trends and products in a professional and competent manner.

Our requirements

1. Experience with leading and motivating a team as well as communicating respectfully with the team.
2. Sales professional who enjoys actively advising customers.
3. Interest in our core sports, current scene trends, and fundamental product knowledge.
4. Recognising and promoting development potential.
5. Openness and willingness to learn new things and pass on knowledge.
6. Responsibility for apprenticeship training - training license is of advantage.
7. Implementation of merchandising concepts with the contribution of own ideas as well as regional marketing campaigns.
8. Very good written and spoken English.
9. High self-motivation, resilience, flexibility, and reliability.
